DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ESPOONA

By the powers granted to me by law, the Lord Major of Malbekistan as Chief of The Foreign Affairs Office goes public to inform, in the name of our High Lord:

- That the Wonderful Territories of Malbekistan recognizes the Democratic Republic of Espoona as an independent and sovereign virtual State, subject of international law within micronationalism and member of the inter[micro]national community, able to practice acts with other virtual States. It also recognizes its government, represented, at the head of State, by the Secretary of State, its sites and other means of communication that may be declared as official.

- That the current recognition automatically turns into “Mutual Recognition Status” by the signing of the authorities of the Democratic Republic of Espoona.

- That the Democratic Republic of Espoona may now be included in category C1 (Mutual Recognition) of this Foreign Affairs Office, being invited to deepen ties with Malbekistan through future contacts, establishing stable diplomatic relations.
