THE SUPREME LAW OF THE WONDERFUL EMPIRE OF MALBEKISTAN

Art. 1 - The fundamental pillars of the Wonderful Empire of Malbekistan are:

I - Its sovereignty, not being admitted any ties of union and / or federation that opposes its independence;

II - The inviolability of His High Imperial Majesty, the High Lord

III - The Heredity of the Imperial Monarchy, the House of Saboya being a unique and legitimate reigning dynasty

IV- The indissoluble and eternal union of their territories

V - The Malbekistan people and their individual rights and duties

VI - The Malbekistan Families

VII- The High Lords Council

Art. 2 - There are three Powers of the Empire:

I – The High Lords Council, representing the Malbekistan Lords;

II - The Emperor, representative of God and the Union of this Empire

III - The People's Council, representing the people of Malbekistan

Art. 3° - The territories that are part of the Wonderful Empire of Malbekistan, united and indissoluble, are considered:

I – The Mayotte ISland

II - The Galapagos Archipelago and its 58 islands

III – The Island of Saint Martin/Saint Maarteen

IV - The Netherlands and component territories

IV - Any and all territory attached and/or acquired through agreements and/or diplomatic pacts

Art. 4 - The international and diplomatic relations of the Wonderful Empire of Malbekistan will be based on the following precepts:

I – Sovereignty and independence of the Wonderful Territories of Malbekistan

II - Granting political asylum

III - Cooperation and mutual help among peoples for the progress of humanity and good micronationalism

IV - Respect for diplomatic ties

V - Participation in Leagues and other free micronational associations, in the search for understanding and development of micronationalism

Art. 5 - Symbols of the Wonderful Empire of Malbekistan:

I – The Flag of the Wonderful Empire of Malbekistan

II - The Imperial Coat of Arms

III - The National Anthem

IV - The Supreme Constitutional Charter

V – The national Motte “Ad Augusta per Angusta”

VI - The Imperial Motte ˜Pax et Concordia"

Art 6 - English and Portuguese are considered as official languages of the Wonderful Territories of Malbekistan.
