The High Lord of Malbekistan is Floriano Pedro Saboya of Malbec.
The Major Lord
The Major Lord has the power by law to represent the High Lord in any circumstances. Also, que his word have the same power as the High Lord.
He also is the Chief of the Foreign Affairs Office, and the Leader of the High Council, which is the Malbekistan high executive house.
