🇺🇸 The National Archive of Malbekistan is an initiative of the High Lord Chamber. The idea is to keep alive all memorabilia from our country to inspire the future generations on keeping the good work of our nation alive.

In addition, our intention is to keep a source of consultation on the micronational history of the Imperial House permanently online, and all the way until we get here.

The Major Lord

The Major Lord has the power by law to represent the High Lord in any circumstances. Also, his word have the same power as the High Lord.

He also is the Chief of the Foreign Affairs Office, and the Leader of the High Council, which is the Malbekistan high executive house.

Since our foundation, the Major Lord is the Archduke of Bebanburg, Sir Charles of Champagne.

The High Lords Council

---

The High Lords Council is the upper house of Malbekistan's legislative power, noble men & women selected by the High Lord to command the Shires of Malbekistan. They also have a duty to nominate citizens to represent the people on the People's Council.

The People's Council

The People's Council is the lower house of Malbekistan's legislative power, where citizen's nominated by the Lords of each shire have the chance to speak for the citizen's wishes, proposing new laws and regulations to be analyzed by the High Lords Council.

The Rangers

The Police force of Malbekistan. They also are responsible for the Border Control Board. They also are the front and first defense of our state.

They administrate, regulate, watch & assist on all Official Communications Network, such as our Discord Channel and our email lists.

The Wonderful Empire of Malbekistan are composed by 6 Official Shires:

The Political System

Since Malbekistan legislative system is based on nobility, we don't have political parties. This concept is exchanged here for Families.

The Lords of each shire/counties form our Upper Legislative branch, The High Lords Council. So, each one represents their Shire/Counties and Family.

The hole Family system on Malbekistan is a serious ground: the bonds created by the family members allow them to make politics even more lined up with their political concepts.

So, when a new citizen arrives, he/she must decide which Family he/she wants to me a member of.

We decide to do that for a number of reasons, but the main one is: we don't believe that Micronational political concepts are applied on the Micronational political ground. The concepts here are way different from real life, although the "political game" still applied here: you must be good in backstage talks, make deals with other politicians, and all the things a good political game has.

But when you mix it with family, you get one of the main and basic principle of our country: loyalty.

The Coat of Arms of The Wonderful Empire of Malbekistan represents 3 basic colors: The Malbekistan ore and black, and the ludonian black and blue.

The motto "Ad Angusta per Angusta" means "Victory cannot be achieved without serious difficulties to be overcome" and represents the intensive and serious work our fellow citizens put in our nation.

History

The History of our country starts in 1998, when Luiz Saboya founded the Kingdom of Ludonia. He was inspired by the discovering of the Micronational universe, and how it expanded all over the globe. On this time, he discovered a Micronation named as "Ladonia" and, using the initials of his name, decided to found Ludonia.

The Ludonian Years (1998 - 2014)

The First Ludonian Flag

The history of Ludonia starts in 1998, when Luiz Saboya created the Kingdom of Ludonia. It was only really active in 1999, when some people from the Holy Empire of Reunion joined forces with Saboya to create a new model of micronationalist activity.

In Ludonia, they created the first free press lista, called Ludonpress, where newspapers from all lusophone world started to spread the lusophone world with information about the once closed Brazilian Micronations.

In early months of 2000, the Kingdom shutted down the activities as many of the citizens started to come back to the Holy Empire of Reunion. But Ludonia would live again, as Empire of Ludonia, been the birthplace to many known Brazilian micronationalists. The big governmental program to develop citizens was well known on the lusophone community, and for that reason, the Ludonia Citizens had a great value on the Brazilian Micronational Market.

It all ended in 2014, when Ludonia activities shutted down again by the action of Reunion Secret Agents, who started a plot do demolish the nation.

The Pre Malbekistan Era (2014 - 2020)

With the end of Ludonia, Saboya started searching for good Micronational activities. And it all ended in Reunion again, where he started to be an active micronationalis again.

Although the love for being active again was intense, the eager to build a new Micronation was stronger. And all starts with the birth of Floriano Pedro. When the new puppy made its first steps on the new house, he knew a new nation was rising.

The first think that was done, to mark the birth of this idea, was the High Lord Seal, that until October of 2021 was the official seal of the nation.

With the real world going through the COVID-19 pandemics, the idea that "my home is my kingdom and a safe place" took the heart and mind of Saboya. And, like this, on 30 of September he decided to officially found this new nation.

Culture

Malbekistan's developed their own way of life through the years before our foundation. In fact, the Malbekistan's Culture was a movement that started on the Ludonian Days, and changed through the years.

The "Careless Whisper Movement", for example, started as a movement to bring peace and love to a broken nation. When Ludonia's years ended, the people united to bring a solution to the political broken system problem by uniting all the people with music.

• Malbekistanis believe that "Careless Whisper", by George Michael, is the greatest song ever. It's so popular that almost became the Official Anthem of Malbekistan.

• The Official registered name of the High Lord is Floriano Pedro, but his nickname is Malbec (yes, like the wine).

• The Wonderful Empire of Malbekistan calendar counts 2020 as the year one, because is the year our High Lord was born. All Official Documents must come with the "0001" as the official year.

• The High Lord would be named after "The Last Kingdom Series" character Uthred. That's the reason the National District is in the shire of Bebanburg

• Saturday's on Malbekistan are the Official Barbecue Day. Barbecues are a institution on Malbekistan Culture and History, and it's a day of celebration.

• Although there is no law against it, Malbekistanis tend to drink alcoholic beverages only on weekends. The exception applies to national holidays and commemorative dates

• The Bakur-Au Island name was inspired by a great Brazilian movie.

• The term "Hot-Dog" is prohibited in the hole country. On Malbekistan, it's called "Sausage Sandwich".

• Malbekistan's most famous popular saying is: "If your day starts by cleaning up shit, you'll have a great day"

• Marijuana is legalized and is not considered a drug in Malbekistan.

The Marvelous Empire of Malbekistan considers, in its political model, the family as the center of all activities. When a new citizen enters, he must choose a family to join. In this way, connections are created between new and old citizens, creating the perfect environment so that there is the necessary synergy for everyone to adapt to the country's activity.

The Malkistanian Church believes that God send the Supreme Lord as a savior of the Human race, to teach them the good side of life and how to live fully.

The Malbekistan Companies

The private companies are an important part of Malbekistan economic life. And also, a part of micro nationalism where our citizens can explore their creativities on creating new enterprises, exploring sides of their personalities that they cannot do in real life.

O Telegrapho Corporation

The first corporation of the empire. It is a newspaper and information company, that owns the two main newspapers of the Country: O Telegrapho, which is a Portuguese newspaper for lusophone community; and The Malbekistan Times, which is a newspaper for the English speaker's community.

Economy

Our country established our recent economic plan in September of 2021. And it's a mixed economic plan, based on real life money and our virtual money.

Basically, each citizen have the opportunity to convert real life money in Supreme Bones (OS$) - our virtual money. When a citizen goes to the Imperial House of Cash, he mades a Dolar transaction to our Imperial Government, via PayPal for example. As our exchange rate is fixed as US$ 1 = OS$ 1, for each dollar sent, the Imperial Government of Malbekistan gives to this citizen a bonus of OS$ 1. Those Supreme Bones credits stays on the citizen account, an he can spend on services like news, Family coat of arms design, and other services the Public and Private companies offers.

Some of the Empire activities have mandatory tax payments, such as:
