Art. 1st - The fundamental pillars of the Wonderful Territories of Malbekistan are:

Art. 2 - There are two Powers of the Empire:
 
I – The High Lords Council, representing the Malbekistan Lords;
 
II - The Emperor, representative of God and the Union of this Empire
 
III - The People's Council, representing the people of Malbekistan
 
Art. 3° - The territories that are part of the Great Empire of Ludônia, united and indissoluble, are considered:
 
I – The Mayotte ISland
 
II - The Galapagos Archipelago and its 58 islands
 
III – The Island of Saint Martin/Saint Maarteen
 
IV - The Netherlands and component territories
 
IV - Any and all territory attached and/or acquired through agreements and/or diplomatic pacts

THE SUPREME LAW OF THE WONDERFUL TERRITORIES OF MALBEKISTAN

Art. 1 - The fundamental pillars of the Wonderful Territories of Malbekistan are:

I - Its sovereignty, not being admitted any ties of union and / or federation that opposes its independence;

II - The inviolability of His High Imperial Majesty, the High Lord

III - The Heredity of the Imperial Monarchy, the House of Saboya being a unique and legitimate reigning dynasty

IV- The indissoluble and eternal union of their territories

V - The Malbekistan people and their individual rights and duties

VI - The Malbekistan Families

VII- The High Lords Council
